Extremely unprofessional, they lost our families rings and they had specifically said all of the work is done “in house” and they sent them out to be lost in the mail or ripped off by someone. NEVER GO here, very untrustworthy, lies, deception, bad business, they should be shut down for this. It’s irreplaceable…and they don’t care for the customer. Just another number to them.
The reason why i leave five stars is because this place has good customer service and the prices are so good and fair I highly recommend coming here.
My fiance and I were ring shopping, we were completely ignored despite it being empty. We left and went to Snyder's down the street where they were actually nice and treated us like people. In regards to their response, case and point. Don't shop here.
