Avoid this place at all costs if you value mental health
Great place to work for and close to home. It's a beautiful facility and you can tell they take pride in it. I enjoying working here, my Director is great, very supportive and always willing to help the department achieve goals. Great Monday - Friday work schedule with occasional Saturday's if needed. Paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, vision, Aflac, 401k and monthly luncheons. This place allows Harassment of employees with no type of punishment for the person doing the Harassing. Plus low wages. When you interview with them they will promise you a machinist position just to stick you in as an operator for years, and raises I know of people who have gone more than 3 years with out a raise. Management is a joke (no backbone) And the Human Resource dept. Are very Rude "Women" who will talk to you in a condescending manner.
I've been working here for 3 years it's ok. The work schedule is stable, I get paid holidays, I get weekends off, I get a bonus every few weeks
DO NOT BE MISLED BY THESE REVIEWS. This place will pay you minimum gages for HIGH PRECISION work. Fast food places pay more than some people make that have been here +25 years. You will go two years without getting a raise while new employees with "experience" get higher pay than employees working in their position for over 2 years. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.
