I struggled to use my VP on the TV because it denied when I put my password on it then it told me to dial 611 then I see no response from on screen like “waiting for ASL interpreter” or something then now I can’t use VP because of weird service that kept denying me access to my VP account. Like it thinks I am a fake person (I never lied about my phone number, my address, and my name). Trying to port number to Sorenson to get new iPad, but the trainer is not on time and never answer and never follow up with iPad so I gave up and port back to purple and even though purple gave me new iPad. Thank you purple for follow through!
