I have used Sorensen's Water Conditioning for years. Steve is a professional, very pleasant and courteous. I appreciate the personal service and price transparency. I plan to use them for my water conditioning needs for years to come and would recommend them highly.
Sorensen's Water Conditioning provided courteous, professional service when I needed a new water softener for my home. The price was much more reasonable than Culligan and Steve didn't try to "oversell" me on a unit I didn't need. He also alerted me to a problem with the slowness of my floor drain and I was grateful for the proactive warning (and a contact for who could fix it). Steve was amazing! We purchased our first home last winter and the water softener stopped working. We called Steve and he came right over, found a used part to replace the part broken on ours and did not charge us for the part. He then came back, hooked it up and got it running for only $75! We will be using him for all our water conditioning needs going forward!
