5 stars is not enough! We don't bother going anywhere else. Great quality great prices and the best staff!!! All I see in the bad reviews is folks who didn't do their homework or check their room size.
DO NOT BUY FROM SORENSONS. The sales person was nice enough when we bought our couch in 2021, but it's not worth the hassle when you try and claim any warranty. They made SUCH a big deal about how great the warranty is at the time of sale, but less than 1 year after purchase we had some staples sticking out of the frame that were cutting our feet and tried to contact them multiple times, sent pictures via email as instructed, and never heard a word back. I had purchased a sectional from the store. It was delivered and there were some issues with the size and placing it in my home. It was decided that the sectional would be placed in my heated safe garage until I could get to doing a Reno to accommodate the size. Once I found time to try the Reno it was determined that this Reno would be in the thousands for the sectional to fit.
