DO NOT BUY FROM SORENSONS. The sales person was nice enough when we bought our couch in 2021, but it's not worth the hassle when you try and claim any warranty. They made SUCH a big deal about how great the warranty is at the time of sale, but less than 1 year after purchase we had some staples sticking out of the frame that were cutting our feet and tried to contact them multiple times, sent pictures via email as instructed, and never heard a word back. I had purchased a sectional from the store. It was delivered and there were some issues with the size and placing it in my home. It was decided that the sectional would be placed in my heated safe garage until I could get to doing a Reno to accommodate the size. Once I found time to try the Reno it was determined that this Reno would be in the thousands for the sectional to fit. What an awesome furniture store. Both the staff and delivery people are simply outstanding. Their stellar culture ensures that if anything does go airy, that you will receive superior customer service. The quality of their furniture is tremendous. A real pleasant experience!
We bought a sectional here May 2024 for our new house, full payment was made in advance for delivery. When we received sectional, ottoman (included) was not received. As per Sorensen’s Furniture’s owner (Jeff) , ottoman was delayed from company and will be arriving in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, they said that it will take 2 more months. Waited and called store millions times, they kept on saying that We will be receiving it soon.
