We loved our experience at Sorenson's for our new sectional! They were knowledgeable and friendly but low-pressure. And we found a sectional we love for almost $2000 less than what we could find anywhere else. And we love it!

UPDATE: happy to report my warranty was made good on. My couch cushions are replaced and frankly better now than when we bought the couch. A bit more communication during the process would have been appreciated and helped us feel more supported as customers. They came through in the end and we are very pleased with the end result.
