Dave is the best. ( a character too!). We have used him on our own home twice and also for a construction project. One of the few really knowledgeable chimney guys around. He saved us uneeded expense with a true solution and not just a cover solution we had been paying for with another chimney guy. I recommend him. August 30 2016: Update. Very disappointed.
