I brought my car in for a parasitic draw in the left passenger door. They broke both of my rear door moldings, didn't fix the draw, and charged me $375 dollars. They didn't offer to tell me they broke them nor that the draw was not fixed. When I addressed the issue two times with them, they said they would fix the doors they broke, but never have.

I shared a review about 2 years ago about our 2010 yukon denali. Ended up having to take it into a different shop completely because sorensons would not honor the warranty. We spent well over 10 grand to have sorensons rebuild the motor only to find out sorensons did not in fact rebuild the motor at all! They are such a shady company and they will scam the heck out of you. DO NOT USE THEM! GO TO GRAHAM AUTOMOTIVE!

Pricing seemed very fair to me and they even threw a small discount on there for me without me asking, which was a nice gesture. I highly recommend this shop. I will be utilizing them in the fu... read more

Pretty frustrating experience here for my first time dealing with them. I brought my car in for a noise I couldn't pinpoint, I suspected it was in the clutch. It clearly started overheating on my way in, thus the noise was probably the water pump. Quoted me a little more than $500 to replace the water pump, seemed good so I told them to do it. After the water pump fix I was informed that it still had a noise and it needed a new clutch throw out bearing. I had to take their word for it because I could not come listen myself. ... read more
