This is a very professional and friendly shop. I had my oil changed here, and another issue diagnosed and fixed for a reasonable price.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. We go to Sorrenson's for all of our auto repairs! We recently had a vehicle that needed what we thought was extensive work and they saved us thousands! We appreciate their honesty and transparency, as well as their customer service and timing. Thank you again Sorrenson's!
They did a great job. However charging over $200 per hour. A simple tow 1 mile away cost $197.00 that's ridiculous. The shop isn't even a mile away from me . Shame on you Sorenson's (Graham rowing)
I was absolutely impressed. When discussing my vehicle's condition after a coolant test, I was presented with a complete data breakdown and analysis of all working components. Repairs were made in a cost effective way. With a few thrown in at no cost to me. Everyone was polite and professional. Clean shop, and organized. Pride in your shop is pride in your work. I was given a ride home. Wonderful experience! I highly recommend to anyone who needs Quality at a good price.
