Loved AMY’s service !! When we 1st arrived we thought to ourselves “ why the heck did we book here . We sat at the bar , Amy helped us with drinks , laughs and a good time . We didn’t even think bout anything else but the conversation with her . She made us feel comfortable ! Because of AMY we would definitely come back . THANK YOU AMY
We stayed here twice, once in a yurt & once in a cabin. Most recently, we stayed in the chapel & held our micro wedding here. We truly can’t say enough about Chey & the rest of Desolation team. They truly go above and beyond, in so many ways. Our day was perfect, the resort is incredible, the staff is awesome, and the surroundings are so naturally beautiful…. We already can’t wait to go back again.

Came here for a wedding where we rented all the cabins. It was perfect. Whoever has bought and updated cabins, grounds, etc. have done a great job. Little hiking spots, beautiful scenery. Each cabin while close to others are all very private. Don't miss the sauna, you juat have to sign-up.
INCREDIBLE. The hotel is SO cute and thoughtfully detailed but what really elevated the experience was the quality of the service - everyone from the front staff to the waiter/waitresses and the wedding support staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back.
