I was very disappointed by this moving company. The rep had told me I could leave everything in my dresser and sewing cabinets. When the movers came, they dumped everything into boxes, not all of which were marked correctly. By doing this, Iwas charged extra for boxes and packing tape that wasn't needed. My very expensive sewing machines were left on their side, then I find out that my large screen TV was damaged. You can actually see someone's foot prints on it. Moved from upstate NY to Melbourne . Sorensen was the company contracted by Mayflower to complete the move . The guys that were assigned to make the final delivery were true professionals. They did a great job But I wanted to give a shout out to Amber Baldwin ( customer service manager) who was extremely helpful to me during the final days of the move . She stayed in touch with me and was always available when needed She is a real asset to your company Thank you Amber

This place is very small not much room for tractor trailers also the business is close to other business and its not safe to back up and really not enough room you have to back blind side to keep from backing from the train tracks
