Fully charged a card when I asked to use Care Credit. The desk did not inform me it would be a full charge, only that it had to have a Mastercard logo or she “would have to go all the way on the website and do it there” as if it was an issue. I was not informed the usual payment plan I use isn’t eligible through using the card reader, and I tried to call back multiple times that day. They take such good care of my furry babies. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
We were with VCA Rose Hill for the life of our standard poodle. Like with humans, he needed more care during his later years. Through it all, our dog absolutely loved going here. Great care & caring environment by Dr. Kastner, Alice & Kim. Takes insurance too.
