No one to greet you/reception- the space was a mess, looks new so l give grace there. The service was fine, she did a good job on my brows. But when I got home ! realize there was brow tint all over my chin, staining it - still on there today. My brow tech did not speak any English - which is fine. I've been trying to learn Spanish and know it takes time - But there was no one around that did speak English to help translate, we had to call someone and it was just very messy. I was in need of a refresh before the holidays, and Cray did an amazing job with my partial highlights, cut and style! She even did a mini facial while my color set at the shampoo bowl. I will definitely be going again!
