After both of my childbirth I worked with Dipti (physiotherapy) on pelvic floor strengthening and C-section scar tissue. I also went to her for plantar fasciitis treatment. Dipti is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable in her field. I received a email copy of my plan with visual aids for each move. She also creates a very gentle space for new parents.
