At 20 weeks into my pregnancy, I started regular PT sessions with Jasmine and I'm so thankful I did! Jasmine was extremely helpful in managing any pain I had as my pregnancy progressed. She provided exercises that would prevent further discomfort and help prepare my body as best as possible for childbirth. I believe our sessions made a huge impact on my postpartum recovery and I would highly recommend Jasmine and SWW to anyone currently pregnancy or postpartum!
