I had a great experience working with Kesha. She created a safe and comfortable environment and took time to listen to my concerns. She answered with patience and developed a plan just for me and I’ve seen a real improvement since I started the exercises. She is very skilled and professional. Not once did I feel vulnerable or uncomfortable discussing my health with her. If you have any pelvic floor concerns, I would highly recommend Kesha.
I highly recommend this clinic and Kesha for pelvic floor therapy. I started my sessions here while i was pregnant. Kesha worked with me to create a plan for the remainder of my pregnancy to help me prepare for birth. Since giving birth we have worked together to create a new plan for my goals. Kesha asks insightful and detailed questions to help understand your needs and goals. The clinic is a welcoming, clean space. I recommend considering pelvic floor therapy especially for pregnancy and postpartum!
I have been going to swim therapy for about 9 months which I accessed through Sorella. Our instructor there is Brad and I want to stress how well he works with all of the clients who go. I attend twice weekly. He joins us in the water, always making sure we are doing our routines properly. He gives us new challenges once he sees we have mastered what he has set out for us.
