Both sisters go up and beyond customer service. Highly recommended.
This isn’t your typical visit to the eye doctor. Not only is the office aesthetically pleasing, but the ladies here really take the time to make your experience as wonderful as possible. My experience with Sorella Optique was Amazing. My first encounter was with Stephanie who checked me in. She was very pleasant and accommodating. I encountered Paola next and she was so pleasant and helpful! I can't wait to order my glasses next visit. My Chief complaint is dry eye. Severe after cataract surgery in March of 2024. Sorella Optique was phenomenal. Great experience and beautiful eye boutique that assisted with both contacts and glasses. Dr. Tinari was extremely thorough with exam and sister Paola was amazing picking out frames. Highly recommend!
