Juliana is talented and a sweetheart. The staff person working the reception is inefficient and extremely defensive when addressing any scheduling questions or needs. Unfortunately, she makes the whole service experience less enjoyable.
First time ever doing a lamination and a friend recommended Juliana to me, I was nervous and no clue why because Juliana was nothing short of amazing! I will absolutely be back for some more pampering! My brows turned out beautiful!!! Love this little family business, Janelle was also so welcoming we talked the whole time and I felt like Ive known them for years!
The brow boutique I had been using recently moved and I am so thankful I found Sorella this is my new spot. Jenelle and Juliana are so sweet, welcoming and accommodating. My brows also have never looked better! The salon is so warm I feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walk in. I can’t wait to try other services! I highly recommend checking Sorella out!
