I booked a Therapeutic massage and first off the atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the massage itself was great, Dominique always ask about what you need her to focus on and she is very professional. I will be a repeat customer.
this is probably the worst customer service i ever experienced. Booked an appointment on Friday Oct 31st for 11AM. Showed up at 10:50AM and NO ONE was there but they open at 10AM on fridays and the “OPEN” sign was on. They did not answer my calls, texts or emails. If the business was going to be closed for Halloween then you shouldn’t have let people make appts and change the hours on the internet.
I truly fell in love with this place from start to finish I picked the birthday package Dominique is very professional and her attitude and spirit is amazing I am so happy that I was referred to her I will definitely be back
