The team at Sorby & Son was extremely easy to work with regarding scheduling of a quote and the follow on repairs. It took less than a week to go from quote to repairs complete. Additionally, the quoted price was reasonable and the repairs ended up being exactly the quoted price (this included an unplanned boiler repair in addition to the originally scheduled cast iron piping replacement). Work quality was also impeccable. I have a typical wet and dirty basement but they left my home exactly as it was when they started.
5 stars isn’t even enough, they deserve so much more. I called yesterday after having issues with our furnace but it was still heating and just tripping the reset switch. Tammy was super friendly and helpful on the phone, and also called a few times throughout the day to check in and make sure we still had heat. Tammy called me today to make sure it was a good time for Tim and Josh to come out and trouble shoot.
