I've been working with David Young on my real estate transactions for the past 10 years. Ever since I purchased my first condo in 2016, I've followed him from one real estate law firm to another, and eventually to SorbaraLaw. I genuinely don't think David is replaceable. David Young is the best
We had an excellent experience working with the team (especially Delzad & Alexander) throughout our business acquisition. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making what could have been a complex process much smoother. Their guidance and professionalism gave us confidence every step of the way. We truly appreciate all of their support and look forward to continuing our relationship in the years ahead. Highly recommend!
David Young has been EXTREMELY professional in shepherding our home purchase. Super fast, proactive, available, and very accurate in responding precisely to our needs and questions. He was also kind personally, and patient in explaining the process to us. Everything went smoothly, in large part due to him. We've been exceptionally lucky to have David recommended to us by a friend, and we're passing on this recommendation now. Thank you David for being so available and making sure everything runs smoothly!
Thank you so much to David, who came highly recommended by our agent. We were in the best of hands with David and his team, as they brought us to a stress-free close on the purchase of our first home. Your kindness, care, patience, professionalism, and expertise is unmatched. Thank you for everything, we won't forget it!
