Terrible experience with the new management team at Broadoaks Drive apartments! They're aggressive, unprofessional, and love to intimidate tenants. Despite having a good relationship with the previous management team and living in the apartment for almost 7 years without issues, they're creating problems out of thin air. They're refusing to provide clear guidelines for lease transfer and are being completely uncooperative. Avoid them at all costs if you value your sanity!
I will just provide the facts: I am a tenant. - Furnace wasn't working after winter storm before the long weekend. - They were more concerned about whether I shoveled the snow at the intake than fixing it. - The intake vent was at 25mm above ground, which is not conforming to Ontario code regulation (45mm or greater). Our Service Tech is Kevin. He has been so friendly and very meticulous in his work. Kevin pays close attention to detail and makes sure his client is satisfied before leaving. We would definitely recommend Kevin for any problems that need to be taken care of in your home.
