She handled the coordination of our warranty items with professionalism and care. The team was responsive, courteous, and did a commendable job throughout the process. Sorbara service team have been amazing! I am working with Lori Stirrett to help address property warranty covered issues and to my surprise, I always receive immediate attention and resolution to full satisfaction. She has gone above and beyond to track and close the pending warranty items ! Thank you so much Lori and congrats to Sorbara for having such associates!
The Sorbara service team is awesome. The team always have a smile on their face. Jeremy and Leo are always very helpful and beyond expectations. Josh is detailed oriented. Peter is exceptional; he always have matters get done above and beyond. Chris and Gino are very friendly and very professional every time when I see them. Lori from the office is wonderful. I am very lucky to have the team taking care of my property.
I would just like to thank Sorbara's customer care team for addressing all my issues and questions regarding a new built that I purchased. The gratitude extends to Lori, Adam, Gino, Jeremy and their team for answering my countless emails and coordinating their service team to come fix the issues. They are approachable and very patient with all my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the level of customer service they have provided post purchase.
