Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care truly set them apart. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right and to make sure homeowners are completely satisfied. Our home was beautifully built by Sorbara. We love the layout and truly enjoy living here. The Sorbara team has always been attentive to our needs, and we really appreciate their excellent service.
Sorbara has been super responsive and responsible to all of my inquiries and requests. Every time when I email them they always respond right away. I have recently discovered a hole on my exterior wall which is very tiny and unnoticeable. I wouldn't have discovered it if I wasn't spending a lot of time in my backyard this year. So I emailed Sorbara, Lori from the customer service department responded to me quickly and send their lovely team Chris and Peter to fix my wall in couple days, no questions asked.
