Very professional abd kind people.
I have purchased a unit from Sorbara. Just as expected with precon, it came with variety of issues that service needs to fix/attend to. I have received a top notch service from their team. Specifically Charisse, Kyle and Steve went above and beyond to help me with the issues, so I want to point it out and express my gratitude. Thank you Sorbara and team!
They are the worst builder I have ever come across . The house has too many problems from more than 1.5 years and they just visit but not fixing at all. They gave in writing that they will fix heating issue, water issue, kitchen, powder room, broken windows, chipped stone everywhere and stair stain. This is the situation after spending $350,000.00 on upgrades. I have the worst experience and never suggest anybody to buy from them. I am going in court against them. For me they have zero star. Be careful from them.
