We were traveling and just recently had our tires rotated and the shop didn't torque the lug nuts properly long story short we lost a stud and almost every stud was looses thank the Lord we didn't lose a tire and wreck. But we found This shop and they immediately got us in, allowed my wife to use their shop car to come back to where we were staying and charged us such an honest price that I thought he might of missed charged us. Raul and his team road force balance my Mickey Thompson Baja boss tires which significantly reduced the vibration coming from the steering wheel.
The nicest team of people. They would rather not charge you at all for minor service than to charge a lot. More than once I had to insist on paying them.
