This place is free to visit and have sooo many alpacas (including babies!) to meet and feed (for $5/feed bag). Don't forget to go around the back to visit with the 2 highland cows which you can also meet and feed for the same price. Only reason for the 4 stars is you can't go into their enclosure so you have to hope they come to the fence in order to pet them
🦙 This is our second visit to Sopris Alpaca Farm, once again you have outdone yourselves. From your amazing animals to the beautiful Airbnb we stayed in, everything was perfect. Our favorite was the Paca Picnic, highly recommend if you want to spend some 1 on 1 time with the alpacas. We also really love Leonard the long-haired black kitty. He's so very sweet and loved sitting with us at the picnic table. If you see him around, please say hi, he loves people and pets.
Very friendly employees and cool alpacas. No entrance fee is a plus and you can buy food to feed to the alpacas for a fair price.
We had the best time visiting yesterday. My daughter and her friend were visiting from NC and this was one of the best things we have done while they were here. We fed the animals and spent lots of time petting them and talking to them. We laughed a lot too! Great therapy! The owner spent time talking to us about the alpacas and sharing his experiences with us. A must visit for everyone!
