I was referred to Dr. Zheng for severe back pain after spinal fusion surgery. I had tried acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage therapy, nothing worked. She has truly been a godsend. Dr Zheng was extremely helpful in resolving a major pain problem I was experiencing. And she went out of her way to help me with the entire process of scans and appointments. Excellent service and support.

Ive been dealing with chronic pain for the past 15 years and I was so excited to finally get some help after doctors telling me I’m exaggerating/faking just because of my age. After visit notes has my pain marked in incorrect sides of my body multiple times and that I deny and never tried half the medications that I have tried in the past. I experienced excruciating pain in my hip and legs, making it extremely difficult to stand and walk. I went to see D. Zheng, who conducted a thorough examination, and counseled that I have a shot. 16 months later, I am still pain free and can walk without any problems. Run up and down stairs also. Great physician with a warm and compassionate manner! Great staff also.

I saw Dr. Zheng for relief of severe and disabling back pain. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is not only an excellent clinician, but her manner is both warm and compassionate. Dr. Zheng administered an epidural injection and gave me back my life. I was initially nervous as I know of others who have had difficulty with this treatment with other doctors. Dr. Zheng gently guided me through the procedure and her professional manner inspires trust. She is exceptional.

She never gave me my pain shot. I fell on ice and had 2 complaints about pain but she never did anything about my complaint of falling on the ice; she only focused on the pain my MD referred me to her for. Her office called to reschedule me due to a cancellation I came in an hour earlier as they said and she didn't se me for a whole hour when I complained she told me that her assistant had seen me 30 minutes after my rescheduled time as if waiting 30 minutes is acceptable
