Sophie is a great sophrology teacher. Thanks to her, I was able to manage my anxiety through an interview. Also, I've been practicing the breathwork exercises that she provided and recorded during our sessions. Moreover, she also went to the next step by recommanding me with interesting resources (apps, articles...). Not only I recommand her but I will definitely book more sessions in the future.
