Britt James is very friendly, professional, and an excellent hair braider! She also dye hair really well.
I got a silk press from pj. And had my hair pulled out so much to the point my scalp was hurting for days when I got home. I washed my hair today and you would tell how much of my hair was pulled out. Everyone was nice and I have had good experience in the past but am not coming here again. My roots were not iron and she was nice to accommodate. I know that I didn’t detangle my hair before coming but when she was combing she was doing it really aggressive.
