I too have a voucher from a fundraiser with my grandson's school. Very glad it was only $20. The website is down, and it is the last day to use it. From the other reviews I read, it sounds like this company knows how to make money,but their customer service is awful! Won't ever do business with this company!

I need to give this company in the negatives. Website is down. Email that I found on the internet is not legit. Try calling the company, and I have to leave a message. Needless to say, it looks like as of midnight tonight I am out $80.00 in gift cards...Ones I got through my daughter's school fundraiser. This is a lot of money for anyone, but I am also a single mom, of no fault of my own. Very disappointed with this company! I purchased a gift card from my daughters elementary school fundraiser and was trying to use it before the expiration date. The website was down so I called the customer service number. They explained to me that the website was down and did I have a voucher? I replied, "Yes" and she proceeded to tell me that the owner would not be extending the voucher past the expiration date even if it was their fault the website was down because I had a year and a half to use it and I should have not w... read more

I had some issues with a package not being delivered and with communication in their customer service department. However, once I found a phone number and called, Linda was accommodating and took care of my problem. As far as their products go, I have yet to receive my second item but I absolutely love the first jewelry items sent. Great quality.
