Could not be happier with our decision to go with Sophisticated Shades. Jackie, Ericka and Dave were great to work with and especially be around. Polite, professional, engaging are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe the experience we had with them. Product and installation came "on time" "in full" and "error free". The best part of the experience was how they treated our dog. Highly recommend them for your window treatments.
Could not be happier with our experience. They were exceptional! Jackie helped me pick out perfect roller shade. No rush. No pressure. Blinds were installed 2 weeks after order placed! Installer paid attention to every detail and took no short cuts. I ordered 2 blinds on one headrail, I had checked with another competitor and he said it could not be done. Also made me feel like coming out for 1 blind wasn't worth their time. Well they did it and was exactly the same product. Would highly recommend!
