Their flexibility was particularly evident when they successfully accommodated a plated meal service for my mother's wedding with only a week and a half's notice. Chef Dee took her time to ensure every detail was right. You could tell my event was just as important for her as it was for me. My guest left raving about the food. Working with Chef Dee and Eboni was super easy. From our first phone consult where we talked about our vision for the wedding menu and how we could tweak her existing offerings to fit what we wanted, everything went really smoothly.
