When I went in to look at dresses the girl working was rude and preoccupied. They had one other customer who was just standing around and told me I couldn't try anything on. At least what I seen of their selection wasn't even worth wasting my time trying on. After I left the store feeling awkward and unwanted, I got in my car and the girl working turned around the open sign as if they were closed. It was only 2 pm on a Saturday. This store appears put together, but be leery. I purchased a prom dress from this store with a major defect. I tried to exchange the item a few days later and the owner refused to help. If you read this post, please save yourself some time & money and shop somewhere else!

Make sure you go to the correct address - 156 West 5th St. Oxnard, Ca. 93030. Sophisticated Bridal and Formal is located at Special Occasions Bridal Mall on the corner of "A" and 5th Streets. Lourdes and her daughter, Karen are fantastic and very knowledgeable and will get you looking your very best for your big day! I highly recommend them.
