We very much appreciate all the care and concern that the team at Sophisticat show for our little Scout. A once timid little rescue cat now purrs and is very comfortable in her home away from home - all due to the affection and care that the team show for each and every cat, ours included. We love seeing Scout pop up in the photo updates whilst we are away and we love seeing all the other cat characters that we follow on the socials. Well done, team! We truly appreciate all your hard work!
Our cat has been having holidays at Sophisticat Resort for 8 years now. Amy, Tari and the team are wonderful to deal with. They are kind and friendly, genuinely like cats, and always reply promptly to my enquiries. We love looking for our cat on their Instagram posts. We highly recommend Sophisticat Resort!
First time boarding our cats at Sophisticat resort and we were happy with the service provided. As usual, leaving cats in boarding can ve stressful for both the human and the cats. The staff were friendly and genuinely care about cats. Our boys stayed for 12 days and they came home happy. They do post photos of the cats on social media too which keeps you connected. Would recommend
Everyone at Sophisticat was amazing with our very nervous yet sassy girl. We’d had a bad experience at another cattery and didn’t know how she would go, but she warmed up to the girls quickly, they really care for the cats they look after. We’ll definitely be back!
