It is always heart wrenching to leave your cat, but the cat-loving-mums at Sophisticat, really understand! They genuinely care and my boys always come home, psychologically and physically, in good shape
I could not be happier with the wonderful staff and service at Sophisticat! We had our cats stay with them for about 2 months, and was thrilled to see how lovely the staff were with them, and how happy they were when we could visit. The staff were super accommodating re payment schedules, as well as the duration of their stay changing. I would highly recommend boarding with Sophisticat, and will certainly be taking my two fur babies back if ever needed
We absolutely loved the care and attention given to our cats. When we called, we were given personalised updates, and pics of our cats were shared with us on social media. The staff genuinely love cats, and you can tell. Google, Gromit, and Juno were well cared for, which took a huge load off our minds while we were away.
My cats have stayed here twice now and though I’m always nervous about being away from them, I know that the Sophisticat team will treat them with the same level of care they get at home. I really have no complaints - the social media updates come regularly, any queries I have are answered promptly, and every member of the team I’ve spoken to has been incredibly professional and empathetic, with most of them being cat owners themselves! Leo and Hokey will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Sophisticat!
Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars, the team are truly amazing here! I have had my cat Indi stay here twice now and the team have always put me at ease leaving her in their care, the resort is kept so clean and Indi loves the rooms /space to move around that is provided. Thank you so much for everything you do! 💕
