First time boarding our cats at Sophisticat resort and we were happy with the service provided. As usual, leaving cats in boarding can ve stressful for both the human and the cats. The staff were friendly and genuinely care about cats. Our boys stayed for 12 days and they came home happy. They do post photos of the cats on social media too which keeps you connected. Would recommend
Everyone at Sophisticat was amazing with our very nervous yet sassy girl. We’d had a bad experience at another cattery and didn’t know how she would go, but she warmed up to the girls quickly, they really care for the cats they look after. We’ll definitely be back!
One of the best Cattery hands down. We’ve used them for a couple of years and they go out of their way to help out, both in accommodation and any special needs for my cat. Book early for holidays as it can get full. Normally there is half deposit at the time of booking. Rest on the day. They also post on FB on how the cats are doing. They have access to vets and have a food fridge/freezer on site. Super friendly….. We love the place, and so does J.
It is always heart wrenching to leave your cat, but the cat-loving-mums at Sophisticat, really understand! They genuinely care and my boys always come home, psychologically and physically, in good shape
I could not be happier with the wonderful staff and service at Sophisticat! We had our cats stay with them for about 2 months, and was thrilled to see how lovely the staff were with them, and how happy they were when we could visit. The staff were super accommodating re payment schedules, as well as the duration of their stay changing. I would highly recommend boarding with Sophisticat, and will certainly be taking my two fur babies back if ever needed
