We absolutely loved the care and attention given to our cats. When we called, we were given personalised updates, and pics of our cats were shared with us on social media. The staff genuinely love cats, and you can tell. Google, Gromit, and Juno were well cared for, which took a huge load off our minds while we were away.
My cats have stayed here twice now and though I’m always nervous about being away from them, I know that the Sophisticat team will treat them with the same level of care they get at home. I really have no complaints - the social media updates come regularly, any queries I have are answered promptly, and every member of the team I’ve spoken to has been incredibly professional and empathetic, with most of them being cat owners themselves! Leo and Hokey will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Sophisticat!
Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars, the team are truly amazing here! I have had my cat Indi stay here twice now and the team have always put me at ease leaving her in their care, the resort is kept so clean and Indi loves the rooms /space to move around that is provided. Thank you so much for everything you do! 💕
The wonderful people at Sophisticat resort accept the personalities of my cats. They adapt their care and consideration to my wishes and the behaviour of my beautiful cats who are anxious and unfamiliar in a new environment. The staff love cats and it shows. I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my cats
Our cat Chilli loves this place. We know she’ll be happy there as seen when we collect her. It allows us to have an stress-free holiday with the knowledge that Chilli is being well looked after. The staff are wonderful 😺😺😺
