After showing the reference photo of the nails I wanted, I expressed multiple times that the final result looked nothing like what I had asked for. My nails were crooked, uneven in length, and overall poorly done. When I voiced my concerns, I was told it was because my fingers were crooked or that I wasn’t used to having my nails done both of which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn't happy the man did my nails, he was ruff on my nails and made my cuticles bleed I didn't get the nails I ask for
