First time here and will be coming back. Suzanne and Chelsea were so nice and took good care of me. We had great conversation and Suzanne had me laughing the whole time
I decided to treat myself and get my nails done, but I seriously regret coming here. The quality of my nails was terrible. Several of them were visibly crooked and uneven, and the polish was applied so poorly that you could clearly see the brush stroke lines and patchy areas. The 1 year anniversary of my girlfriend and I is coming up and I decided I wanted to get my nails done with her initial on my ring finger as a surprise. I wish I read the reviews before coming here because I would NOT of come if I had. EXTREMELY unprofessional staff and the employee who did my nails made passing comments that seemed homophobic. I’m saddened to see that this salon would hire anyone who discriminates against someone. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I decided to treat myself and get my nails done to cheers myself up after having my dog pass away a few days prior. While at the nail salon not only were the employees extremely rude the entire time but they were also unsympathetic and judgmental. I asked for purple nails and decided I wanted to add a symbol to represent my dog passing a simple dot with a line in the middle to represent a planet she failed to do so and when I suggested the idea she scoffed in my face! If I could give this place less than one star I would. Worst experience ever. I got gel extensions and from the beginning the lady obviously seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. When I asked her to file my nails to look symmetrical because they were super wonky, the woman yelled at me. I left the place and two days later one of my nails fell off.
