Careful what you buy. When you hate the dress color you get, they fail to mention that they will allow you to exchange as per their online policy covers. Wasted a lot of money on a dress I hate Lesson learned. Don't make my mistake I tried to retuen/exchange. They refused
I had just the BEST experience at Sophie’s. I had been admiring a dress in their window display while driving to work everyday so I booked an appointment to try it on and fell immediately in love. They had me try on a bunch of different styles however to ensure the one was THE one. The manager Snezana helped us and she was sooo helpful and encouraging and created a beautiful experience for us! I have never written a poor review but unfortunately I feel inclined to this time. It would be 0 stars if I could. I went to Sophie’s on a Saturday by appointment with 4 guests to try on wedding gowns. With this being my first time trying on gowns, I was very much looking forward to this experience. We went into the store this weekend and we were helped by Alaina. All the gowns were stunning and within budget! The staff was beyond helpful and amazing! Couldn't have made this special day any better or more perfect. Thank you ladies
