I had just the BEST experience at Sophie’s. I had been admiring a dress in their window display while driving to work everyday so I booked an appointment to try it on and fell immediately in love. They had me try on a bunch of different styles however to ensure the one was THE one. The manager Snezana helped us and she was sooo helpful and encouraging and created a beautiful experience for us! I have never written a poor review but unfortunately I feel inclined to this time. It would be 0 stars if I could. I went to Sophie’s on a Saturday by appointment with 4 guests to try on wedding gowns. With this being my first time trying on gowns, I was very much looking forward to this experience. We went into the store this weekend and we were helped by Alaina. All the gowns were stunning and within budget! The staff was beyond helpful and amazing! Couldn't have made this special day any better or more perfect. Thank you ladies
It was by a wonderful happenstance that I ended up buying my wedding dress from Sophie's. From the US, we had gone to Canada to try on dresses at a different shop and figured, while we're there, we'll see if there's any other bridal shops we can go to that accept walk-ins, which is how we ended up at Sophies! I got my wedding dress here and within a first visit. Dalia was amazing helping me out with the dress and her tips on how adjust a few things. The manager of the store was so nice and friendly. If you go there have Dalia help you she is incredibly nice and friendly Thank you Dalia
