Walked in without an appointment, and Marlene met us at the door. As there was room (lucky us), she offered to work with us to look for 3 bridesmaids dresses. I said yes to my dress at Sophie’s. I met Denise at the London bridal show and she made me feel so comfortable, I was nervous about the dress and worried I wouldn’t find anything in my size, and she assured me they had something for everyone. We went shopping for a Mother Of dress and we're lucky enough to have Voula as our associate. Her care and attention to detail is unmatched. She's honest and extremely knowledgeable but most of all she cares about how you feel in your dress. She had a great sense of humour and it was clear in how she interacted with us that she really loves what she does. I would come back just to hang out with Voula!
