I work by location and hear from coworkers about the good food. Today 04/29 maybe cause it was lunch time but service from start to finish was horrible. The person taking my order was annoyed at me. I asked to not but the fat part of the Perni on my plate her face was like I was asking her to operate. The cashier was upset I paid with cash. The food was salting and such a disappointment. I would not give them my time or money again.
You know how when you’re hungry everything tastes much better? This empanada was so bad that the hungry me had a hard time eating it, and threw all the edges out.. Please don’t sell your old food, that is not nice
Sophie's is an affordable New York City staple. My favorite is the one in the Financial District, but the food is consistent and everything on the menu is tasty. The lunch specials are also a great bargain in New York City.
