Sophie’s Blinds are next-level truly the Rolls Royce of curtains and blinds. My windows went from “meh” to “million-dollar makeover” overnight. Service was flawless, and the result is pure class! Thank you Sophie and George 🙌
If it were possible to leave a review without a star I would have. From the first appointment where Sophie arrived two hours late to the installation where again she was an hour late. No excuse no apology just an aggressive attitude at being asked why no contact was made to advise hold up.Sophie then threatens to leave if not for her installers she would have gone. Blinds and shutters are good but pray to God you don't run into any issues. Ordered combination of rollers/blinds and shutters to furnish a newly built home. No issues at all with the rollers or blinds which came after about 5 weeks and the shutters came 2 weeks thereafter. Half the shutters were made incorrectly. It had an unnecessary middle frame which was clearly not intended (see photo) that also prevented the windows from opening due to blocking of the handle.
