I went to Sophie regarding hip pain that I've had since Manchester marathon and national three peaks last year. I've been struggling with my right hip during my runs and it's been an issue that I couldn't seem to get rid of. After only two appointments, for the first time since last year I'm starting to feel my hip improving. Would definitely recommend!

Sophie is ✨️THE BEST✨️ I've been seeing her (roughly) monthly for 3ish years now and have followed her from her home studio, to the community center and now to her own lovely studio in Talke.
