I left a 4 star review 10 months ago. Unfortunately I have to change it to 3 stars. Prices: reasonable because tax is included in the sales price. You get points for buying products. However, unlike other stores, you get a points record - just a written record kept by the store, for each brand that you buy. So if you buy 3 products, say Chanel, Estee Lauder, and Shiseido, you get 3 points card. So unless you are loyal to one brand, you can't save enough points to do anything. The receptionist at the spa is friendly. I come here for facials. They use good products and I like their facials. They sell products too, prices are more reasonable than Sephora or The Bay. If you are buying Chanel, Shiseido and Estee Lauder, get them here.
