Havent been there and after hearing of how you treat your customers, I wont visit. Very poor customer service.
Shopper beware. Apparently this store has policies that they do not post. Apparently they also like to accuse people of violating these unposted policies and then ban them from the store in a public way. Apparently they also make these judgements without any proof and when given the opportunity to verify their unfounded assumptions, they choose not to do so.
I heard from a friend who shops there that the owners are very unfriendly. No thank you!
Very disappointed as to how Sophie and Mollie's treat their clientele. Kicking a customer out simply because she has her cell phone out? Ridiculous!!! They suspected that she was photographing their products when she was simply checking her messages. She offered to show them her photo gallery and they rudely forced her out of their shop. She was a frequent visitor of their shop and they kicked her out over something so stupid. Sorry, but I will never step foot in their shop.
Well I had the most amazing experience at this store, the owners are so sweet and kind. They offer excelent service, the clothing they sell is so good and beautiful, they offer very good prizes and they deserve all the respect and good opinions. I have nothing more to say than congratulations for a beautiful and great business.
Apparently this establishment isn't in the business of attracting new clientele. They unjustly accused one of their loyal customers, who is a very successful business woman herself, of taking pictures with her cell phone. When she offered her phone to the owners as proof that there were no pictures she was asked to leave and told not to come back. Wow!!! And in this day and time of instant information!! Shouldn't assume your very loyal customers are taking pictures in your store when they are not. It's bad business to ask someone to leave a store and never return when they are not doing what you accuse them of.
This store is amazing, the location, the owners, the clothing I just love it. I recommend them. They deserve all kind of positive opinions.
