They have a beautiful selection in the store the only down side is that you have to make an appointment to try any dresses , and there is a fee if you dont buy you loose your deposit. We drove 2 hours to this store for them to tell us we can’t help you your daughter can’t try any dresses. There was no one in the show room only one employee she didn’t even try to sell us something from the floor . Worse experience.
Sophia was wonderful to work with and helped me find the perfect dress for a fantasy-themed event. Great selection; lots of choices that could suit a variety of budgets. Ordering the dress in my size shipped faster than expected. Overall great experience!
Amazing!! Not many places have employees that actually know their stuff (Normally tend to get the shoulder shrug and recommended to look on the website) Not here. Very helpful, down to the last detail. Variety of dresses and also accessories 🤯
Once again, Sophia’s Special Occasion was a hit. We found the perfect HoCo dress. Sophia was amazing help with the dress, the shoes, and jewelry. We will be back!! And the price was right.
