Really good selection but they don’t really take the time to help you individually even when you pay a $75 fee to book with someone to try on dresses they’re helping like three other people at the same time so you have to bring someone with you to help zip your dress up for you.
Erika y Jestiny nos ayudaron muchísimo durante todo el proceso. No teníamos cita porque no sabíamos que debíamos, y aun así nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad, profesionalismo y respeto. Estaban muy ocupadas y aun así nos cuidaron muy bien. ¡Estamos muy emocionados por nuestra sobrina! ¡Vengan, son increíbles!
They have a beautiful selection in the store the only down side is that you have to make an appointment to try any dresses , and there is a fee if you dont buy you loose your deposit. We drove 2 hours to this store for them to tell us we can’t help you your daughter can’t try any dresses. There was no one in the show room only one employee she didn’t even try to sell us something from the floor . Worse experience.
Sophia was wonderful to work with and helped me find the perfect dress for a fantasy-themed event. Great selection; lots of choices that could suit a variety of budgets. Ordering the dress in my size shipped faster than expected. Overall great experience!
