Very unprofessional. Me and my family drove HOURS to come to this store hoping i’d find my dream quince dress and sadly all the employees there were very rude did not help at all. Through a magazine at our faces and never checked up on us. I was going in with high expectations but no all the employees decided to give sass and dirty looks and not help. They post on their socials about how good their employment is “fantastic” but off cam it’s a lie. not coming here again.
I love this store! So far we have gotten one homecoming and one senior ball dress here. They have such a great variety of colors, styles and sizes and if they don't have what you need they can order it in. Everyone is also super helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be going back. This is our go-to place for special occasion dresses!
Sofía was the best! We were able to find a quince dress that my sister loved. Super nice and made the experience a good one. Would recommend !
