7/26 - Returning to Sophia's for 3 grinders to-go due to time, location and curiosity. Eggplant: thumbs up. Chicken parm: Good. Philly Cheese steak: so-so. The staff taking my order advised when I was torn between the ham and the Philly, the Philly was one of her favorites, so I took her advice. No notable cheese so I added my own and reheated it. Zero stars order delivery never received a pizza even thou they said it's in the way what a joke

Sophia's Winsted CT: I wish there were 2 ratings (ala GrubHub), 1 for restaurant (5 stars:)) and 1 for delivery (0 stars:(( Hence my 3 stars. I've been wkly delivery customer (due to physical disability) for past 5 yrs, and love the staff (owner Ashaad, mgr Lanay, asst mgr Stephanie, Taylor, Laura:)), & love the food:)) They mainly use Slice for deliveries, which contracts out to DoorDash or Uber for drivers (restaurants can choose which one, or use their own drivers, while still using Slice).
