Warm environment and smart ideas for styles. She helped me change my color more naturally. My sister, that did not get any styles for 15 years got layers and balayage. She loved it too. Everyone else did as well.

I still miss this salon! We moved back to KY, so I'm not able to go. But Sophia was really the first person in years who did a great job on my hair. She was kind, considerate, and made me feel at ease. After a horrible experience at another salon where someone laughed at me for my thinning hair (PCOS and Dysautonomia have killed it) I was so scared to get my hair done. She did a great job reassuring me and making me feel beautiful.
