This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are super nice and helpful up until you pay for the bed. We spent over $1,700 on a bunk bed and it arrived damaged and with no bed slats. We’ve now been waiting for weeks and they still have not sent the slats. The owner told me to go to Home Depot and make some myself. And we still ha w not been refunded for receiving a damaged bed. Awful place to deal with. Stay away!
Horrible customer service. I was messaging this company through an offer up ad (i have screen shots for proof) stating the bed I was interested in was available and in stock. I rushed over after work (quite out of my way) to purchase and I was told the bed was never actually in stock. The lady told me she would contact the supplier and have the bed for me by today (this was last night) and also call me in the AM to accept payment and arrange delivery.
