I called the shop to make an appointment in February for my wedding in October. They said an alteration in August would be enough time. I was uncomfortable so wanted sooner so we settled in the end of July. They called me on June 19th saying there would not be enough time with my appointment and if I couldnt come in by the following Wednesday, there was nothing that could have been done. Extremely disappointing and this call came with some attitude.
The most amazing personalized experience. Sophia and Maggie made me and my family feel so comfortable and at ease. I could never have imagined feeling so beautiful for my wedding day and they made the process so smooth and enjoyable. So meticulous and detail oriented ! Thank you for your kindness.
Sophia is incredible. I brought to her a dress from an second hand store. I was very nervous to have anyone alter it initially because the dress was entirely too big. When Sophia laid eyes on the dress, she told me she would have to deconstruct it and re-make it! More than altering, she was asking me to help re-design it. It was the best decision I ever made.
