Very disappointing experience. I was quoted $1,600 for a hem, bustle, buttons, and a lace insert. After thinking it over, I decided the next day not to move forward. When I picked up my dress, it had dirt marks all over the front and looked like it had been rolled over by a clothing rack. The marks on the boning of the bodice still won't come out, even though no alterations had been done. I was obsessed with my dress!!! Sophia did such an incredible job with alterations. My dress fit like a glove and she even added color coded beads for the bustle, which made it extremely easy! I had removable straps added on for my ceremony that came off for the reception and it looked like two different beautiful dresses. It was the best day of my life and I felt like a princess :)

I called the shop to make an appointment in February for my wedding in October. They said an alteration in August would be enough time. I was uncomfortable so wanted sooner so we settled in the end of July. They called me on June 19th saying there would not be enough time with my appointment and if I couldnt come in by the following Wednesday, there was nothing that could have been done. Extremely disappointing and this call came with some attitude.
The most amazing personalized experience. Sophia and Maggie made me and my family feel so comfortable and at ease. I could never have imagined feeling so beautiful for my wedding day and they made the process so smooth and enjoyable. So meticulous and detail oriented ! Thank you for your kindness.
