Had Shellac nail polish done twice at this nail salon and 3 days later, the nail colour started chipping off. Usually, shellac last me 2 weeks or more but because I had visited Melbourne, I went to this nail salon. This was my second time to this nail salon. The first time wasn't good either, but I have them the benefit of doubt and gave them another chance. I walked in for a pedicure and left so impressed! The staff were so welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can really feel that they care. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience.
The past 3 times i have waited longer than 40 minutes. Staff choose to start their favourites that walk in after you even when you have an appointment and multiple people waiting for again 40+ minutes
Walked in and the first person was Sofia greeted me with a wonderful beautiful welcoming smile .... ☺️ Then came along the beautiful VIVIAN the service was OUTSTANDING !!!!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK as I'm from Thomastown and was highly recommended by my daughter inlaws and they were spot on 100% with the service hygiene and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ☺️ KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLEASE LADIES YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS COME AND SEE THE GIRLS
Great customer service, my mother in law was extremely impressed! She was served by Vivian whose work was exceptional, her experience shines through her amazing work and will only be dealing with her from now on. The staff were extremely welcoming as she was greeted with nothing but smiles instantly. We can’t wait to come back
