Dr. Rodriguez is phenomenal! She is intelligent and has the best care. Would highly recommend her!
I only come to this office for an annual check up, so I may not have too much experience in the actual office. I never waited more than five minutes for my appointment, but you do wait in the room a little bit for the doctor. All my labs have been done easily and I get the results quickly. Regarding the doctor, she is my favorite and I have been using her for the last two or three years and I really like her. She makes me feel comfortable, and makes the visits easy.
I waited 45mins to be seen. No opology no explanation. Waited 45mins past my expected appointment time. Ridiculous and disrespectful. I'm not the doctor, but my time is important too. Least I could have gotten was an opology.
