Dr .Sophia Nichols and here staff are above and beyond excellent. As a patient of this office I always have experienced excellent results. The entire staff is the utmost professionals. Besides Dr. Sophia being an excellent dentist, she also is concerned about the patients overall health and wellbeing. Dr.Sophia was concerned that I may have a sleep apnea issue. Everyone Ive encountered there, from the front desk person, to the assistant, and hygienist, is very warm, caring and welcoming. They all actually seem to like their jobs and each other, which says a lot, and that helped immediately to put me at ease. Dr Nichols herself, is also very caring and gentle, and thoroughly explained everything. The appointments run on time, and yet I never felt rushed. She administered a virtually painless novacaine injection! While going to the dentist will never be something I enjoy, this office... read more
They always do a good cleaning. Quick and on time. I can do without the pushy oversell of “checkup x-rays” however.
Great experience. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful. And the dentist was so sweet and they explained everything and were very gentle.
