Everyone Ive encountered there, from the front desk person, to the assistant, and hygienist, is very warm, caring and welcoming. They all actually seem to like their jobs and each other, which says a lot, and that helped immediately to put me at ease. Dr Nichols herself, is also very caring and gentle, and thoroughly explained everything. The appointments run on time, and yet I never felt rushed. They always do a good cleaning. Quick and on time. I can do without the pushy oversell of “checkup x-rays” however.
Great experience. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful. And the dentist was so sweet and they explained everything and were very gentle.
