I loved my session with Aily! I booked a facial for sensitive skin and she was very gentle in her treatments, the extractions were quick and very gentle. Not to mention the heated cot was soo nice, I never wanted to leave. 10/10 experience, it was very relaxing and Aily was a great conversationalists and I got a free sample of the healing cream! I had the BEST experience with Aily at Sophia’s Natural Skin Care! She is super sweet and took the time to do a thorough skin analysis, giving me personalized advice on what might be causing my breakouts (like my gym routine and diet). The whole visit was so relaxing, and my face felt so clean and glowy after. Went with a lot of trust on my enzyme peel mask appointment. They start with a blackhead extraction which is kind of painful but I trusted that they will do it with care and precision. Turns out during my appointment I got a big scar on my cheek which looks like a blood clot dark line. It looks very bad and even though I made special emphasis that I have an event coming up , I hate to see such carelessness that can make your skin worse from before and more so with a red scar.
