Technicians Annie and Amy were making snarky remarks about me in Vietnamese, unaware that I am Vietnamese. I didn’t know that bio gel is only for short nails, but my technician Annie failed to mention this is to me in English at the very beginning of my appointment. Amazing service, the staff was great and they did a fabulous job on my nails. I don’t normally get my nails done, but when I come here my expectations are always exceeded
