We have been coming to Sophia since they opened and always get good service. Love the massage chairs!
I'm really happy with my nails and I definitely plan on coming back. The prices were great and so was the experience.
I got my nails done here on Tuesday, and by Saturday they were already cracking and breaking. I went back today at 6:00 pm, and the salon’s posted closing time says 7:00 pm. When I arrived, the staff laughed while I was standing at the door, then asked if I needed help. I explained that my nails were already damaged and showed them the broken ones. PLEASE find nail services elsewhere!!! To preface, my mother and I had been loyal customers for 2 years. The customer service and nail care was always subpar, but the kindness in our hearts kept us from switching salons. (Which we regret heavily after this situation.)
