This salon lacks basic understanding and training of nails and customer service. I’m not even sure how this person was hired, they clearly don’t know how to clip toe nails!!! In the picture you can see my mother’s pedicure, I’ve never seen such a thing in my life. Cliping toe nails is the most basic thing, and yet they failed at that too.. And the salon…. The salon did NOT offer any solutions or anything. Extremely disappointed in sophia nail salon. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Do not recommend it.
Amazing service, everyone here is so nice. My nails are so beautiful, they are my favorite nail place they give you exactly what you ask for. I highly recommend coming here for your nails. Such a vibe. Came with all my kids and everyone left happy.
Very professional and always focused on doing a great job! They fit you in if they can even with no appointment!
We have been coming to Sophia since they opened and always get good service. Love the massage chairs!
