Received a pedicure with little flower on my big toenails, my friend received a French tip. Experience was nice. The flowers are well.. cousins. Not sisters. My friend’s French tip: was fine. Unfortunately we saw a cockroach, they tried to upsell my friend after she had selected her service. Probably won’t be back.

I have been twice to this Nail salon, the first time was great, no complaints, so I decided to go back. I went yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure with Tracy was truly the worst pedicure I have had, she hurt me to the point where I had to ask her to stop a couple times. The entire time she was making faces at me, and it got to the point where she made my toe bleed. My toe is swollen and it hurts to walk on it. The staff never asks me which type of pedicure iI would like. The gals assigned to me by the owner almost always assume I am there for a basic pedicure . My last service was with Tracy . Her and the other girl, maybe the owner were havta heated loud argument, Tracy was not gentle at all on my toes each time she was havtthis heated language with the other person who I am assuming is owner or manager. I had to ask Tracy to be gentle and that she was too rough. This was my last visit here.

I called ahead for a mani pedi asked if 1 hour before closing time is enough. The receptionist said yes, honestly I wish he’d said no. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were quick and efficient. The receptionist ruined my experience. From the moment I arrived, told him the service he was very unprofessional. Once I sat down he demanded payment. The staff appeared in tension with him and interactions with him. I would give the staff 5/5 stars but the receptionist was absolutely horrible. I would not return just because ... read more
