Dr Francis is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I am a very skeptical person of doctors in general, but found that she made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. She asked so many questions and truly wanted to get to the bottom of my ailments. I felt like human being and not another cog on the wheel of a medical factory.
Thanks to transit delays I arrived 20 mins. late for my first visit with Dr. Francis. I had been a patient of another internist on the office but he retired in 2020. The receptionist called to let her know I had arrived and she said she couldn't see me. I could either wait until the end of her appointment hours (4pmish)or come back the next day. She made no attempt to accommodate me, even though I'd traveled 75 mins. to see her. I guess waiting is a one way street. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
The best primary care physician I have ever been to. Caring, listens, emphatic. Wait time was excellent.
